Reptile HQ guarantees all our animals will arrive alive and healthy unless they are mishandled by the carrier. In the rare event that the carrier mishandles your delivery, we will work with you in an attempt to ensure the best possible outcome. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when transit temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. All live animal deliveries must be signed for by the customer at the time of delivery or our guarantee is void.
Reptile HQ guarantees the health of our animals for 24 hours. Notice of dissatisfaction or D.O.A.s must be received within 4 hours of receipt of delivery. Any DOA animals must be kept until further notice.
Please note that if you refuse to follow our advice and choose to house your animal in an unfit manner, all of our guarantees are null and void.
